No, this product is neither waterproof nor drip-proof.
Is there a communication function?
Yes, you can connect with other Tamagotchi Paradise devices and in-store Lab Tamas.

No, you cannot connect with previously sold models such as Tamagotchi Uni, Original Tamagotchi, and Tamagotchi Connection.
Can I use a Tamagotchi Uni download code with this product?
No, Tamagotchi Uni download codes cannot be used with this product.
I don't know how to switch to the clock screen.
Switch the screen on when the device is in sleep mode, or leave the Tama Space screen on for a set period of time.
I don't know how to adjust the date or time.
Hold the zoom dial to open Lab Mode, then go to SETTINGS and select TIME to change date/time.
How do I adjust the volume or mute all sounds?
Hold the zoom dial to open Lab Mode, then go to SETTINGS and select SOUND to adjust volume settings.
Which languages can I play in? Can I change the language later on?
This device supports English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified), and Korean. The language cannot be changed after the initial setting. To change languages, you must reset the device.
The data of the Tamagotchi character I raised has disappeared. Can the data be restored?
No, lost data cannot be recovered.
Is there a gameplay difference between different device colors?
The color of the device determines the field you will start with. The other fields are unlockable later on.
Pink Land: Start with LAND, unlock WATER and SKY later
Blue Water: Start with WATER, unlock SKY and LAND later
Purple Sky: Start with SKY, unlock LAND and WATER later
Additionally, each device color comes with one secret character that is exclusive to that color.
Do you need 2 Tamagotchi Paradise devices to breed characters?
You can also breed Tamagotchi characters with only one device. Hold the zoom dial to open Lab Mode, then go to HELP > NEW TAMA > BREED to start breeding.
I accidentally removed the top cover.
Insert the movable part into the device until you hear a click.
How to Play/Care
I don't know how to enter Lab Mode.
Press and hold the zoom dial to enter Lab Mode.
Can I place DECO ITEMS on a Tamagotchi that I'm currently raising?
You can't place DECO ITEMS on a Tamagotchi you're currently raising, but you can place them on a New Tamagotchi Planet.
How many Tamagotchi can be released into a Tama Field? Can I take care of Tamagotchi in the Tama Field?
You can release up to 4 Tamagotchi characters in each field.
Once you release a character, you can no longer use care options for it, such as MEAL or CLEAN TAMA.
After my Tamagotchi character died, a new Egg isn't appearing.
Tap the A button while holding C, and select NEW EGG.

Yes, you can play with some menus on a Lab Tama even without a Tamagotchi Paradise device.
Code
Can I use a SHOP CODE multiple times?
Yes, you can use it multiple times.
Once you unlock an item with a SHOP CODE, you can buy that item at any time in the SHOP.
The same SHOP CODE can be used on multiple Tamagotchi Paradise devices.
I entered a SHOP CODE, but I'm not receiving any items.
- Check that you have entered the SHOP CODE correctly.
- After entering a SHOP CODE, you must spend GOTCHI POINTS to purchase the unlocked item.
You won't be able to purchase the item if you don't have enough GOTCHI POINTS.
- If you have too many items already, you won't be able to purchase new items.
Can I use a LAB CODE from a Tama Lab Sticker multiple times?
Yes, you can use it multiple times.
Once you unlock something with a LAB CODE, you can view it at any time via LAB LOG > MICROSCOPE > COLLECTION.
The same LAB CODE can be used on multiple Tamagotchi Paradise devices.
