  • i. Categories of your personal data we process: device ID, IP address, last access date, firmware version of the device and DLC purchase status, by which we cannot identify you.
    And we collect your Tamagotchi Uni and Character's game data, such as types and accessories of Tamagotchi, by which we cannot identify you.
    We do not collect your Nickname to our game server. The Nickname is only processed in your device.
    If you do not provide the above-mentioned data, it could prevent us from providing the game to you appropriately as we have intended.
    We collect the above-mentioned data directly from you via the Tamagotchi Uni device.
  • ii. Lawful basis: the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party.
  • iii. Period for which we store your personal data: the duration you register in Tamagotchi Uni.
  • iv. Recipients we disclose your personal data to: our game service provider that assists us in providing game service in Japan. Your personal data is protected in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan. The European Commission has decided that Japan ensure an adequate level of data protection (the “Adequacy Decisions”) and that personal data can be lawfully transferred to Japan without requiring any specific authorization.

• 2) To protect your privacy and security, integrity and availability of this website:

  • i. Categories of your personal data we process: your access history on our game server, including your IP address and device ID.
    We collect the above-mentioned data directly from you via the application.
  • ii. Lawful basis: the processing is necessary for the purpose of our legitimate interest, i.e. protecting your privacy and our game server from fraudulent or unlawful access.
  • iii. Period for which we store your personal data: the duration you register in Tamagotchi Uni.
  • iv. Recipients we disclose your personal data to: our game service provider that assists us in providing game service in Japan. Your personal data is protected in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan.
