<Version 2.4.0> Update Information!
<Before you update>
- You will need a Wi-Fi connection in order to update.
Please refer to "FAQ Network ⑳" on how to connect to Wi-Fi.
- Please be in an environment where there is a stable Wi-Fi connection.
Environments with unstable connection, such as those below, may prevent the device from updating properly:
A location with network congestion.
An environment where connection can be easily lost, such as during transit.
Being near a microwave oven that is in use.
- Once the update begins, you will not be able to play with the device until the update is complete.
- While updating, please do not turn off the device.
Make sure there is enough battery life, or that it is charging.
When updating, if the device is turned off, it may not update correctly or play data may disappear.

In order to play with the Tamaverse Ticket "KAWAISOUNI! Land", available June 19 (Thursday) 2025 JST, you need to update to Version 2.4.0.

● Link and play with Tamagotchi Plaza!
In order to link your Tamagotchi Uni and play with Tamagotchi Plaza, available for Nintendo Switch on June 26 (Thursday) 2025 JST, you need to update to Version 2.4.0.
How to link Tamagotchi Plaza
Select PLAZA LINK from the GO OUT menu.
Let the Hand Out Flyers mini game begin!
Make sure Shirotamas receive flyers, all while keeping the goats from gobbling up what you're handing out!
When the mini game is over, a tour code will display onscreen.
Launch Tamagotchi Plaza, then select Code from the menu.
Select Tamahiko Tour.
Enter the code you see in your Tamagotchi Uni.
Watch a special animation in the game!
A Parting Code will be shown onscreen.
Return to Tamagotchi Uni and press the A, B, or C buttons on the Tour Code screen. On the confirmation screen, press "YES".
If you enter the Parting Code into your Tamagotchi Uni, you might get a special gift!
